The Picca Nursery School

   Gambia    

    Peter works for an airline and regularly travels to Banjul during the winter months. During one trip he visited this school and was astounded by the lack of basic facilities in and around the buildings. He has made it his mission to improve the quality of school life for the children. Simple presents like crayons and paper, plasters, toothpaste, posters for the walls, which we take for granted are received with real gratitude and excitement!!!

Peter and the School would be grateful  to receive donations such as writing paper, drawing paper, crayons, pencils, posters, wall charts, basic first aid materials, towels, small outdoor play equipment. The list of equipment they need is endless and your support would be much appreciated. At this time you can donate any form of useful goods by emailing Peter direct with this link and guaranteeing your aid goes direct to the school. CASH CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AS THIS INVOLVES A COMPLICATED PROCESS OF BECOMING A REGISTERED CHARITY AND NO GUARANTEE OF DIRECT AID TO THIS WORTHY CAUSE.  ANY CASH DONATIONS WILL BE RETURNED TO THEIR SOURCE.
